Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for shipping. Since items are sent directly from the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee when the product/s will be shipped.
Q: I never received my order, what shall I do now?
A: If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer service. If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.
Q: Why are your products so inexpensive?
A: 80 % of the items are sent directly from the manufacturers overstock. We are able to bring you the lowest possible prices since we do not keep stock, except for the most popular items. Our agreements with the various manufacturers allow us to sell overstock items at a discounted price.
Q: Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?
A: No.
Q: Is the Payment process secure?
A: Orders are processed via a secure gateway and a 128bit SSL (secured socket layer). All of your payment information is kept confidential and will be sent over a secure connection.
Q: Do you carry the latest fashions?
A: Yes, we try very hard to bring you new items in addition to classic items that are not readily available.
Q: Do I need to open an account to order from your site?
A: No. You can simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to the shopping cart and checkout.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: YES. We currently ship to the USA, Canada and many international locations. Estimated shipping costs can be calculated from the shopping cart.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns will be accepted for the following reasons; the wrong size was shipped or the wrong item was shipped. Returns must be reported and sent back within 5 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be processed immediately but may take up to 60 days to post. During the holiday season, November 15th, 2009 to January 15th, 2010 all items are final sale.
Q: Why are some of my items being shipped from international locations?
A: In order for Runwayxpress.com to offer the lowest possible price, some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Manufacturers' may ship form locations such as: Italy, USA, China, United Kingdom and France.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: We charge a flat shipping rate of 20$ per order. Shipping is free for all orders 200$ and over.
